REFUND AND RETURN POLICY – CANTIM DE MINAS

1. Right of Withdrawal
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer can request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be:

Without signs of use;

In its original packaging;
-
In perfect condition.
3. Food Products
As these are food and perishable products, we do not accept returns after the packaging has been opened, except in case of defect or damage during transport.
4. Defective or Damaged Product
If the product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending photos for analysis.
5. Refund
The refund will be issued after the returned product has been analyzed and may occur via:

Credit card reversal;

PIX;
-
Bank transfer.
6. Refund Period
The refund period is up to 10 business days after return approval.
