CANTIM DE MINAS strives to ensure that its products reach you safely, with quality, and in the shortest possible time.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation. The preparation and shipping time is up to 2 business days.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time varies according to your location and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. The period begins after payment confirmation.
3. Shipping Method
Deliveries are carried out by partner carriers and/or Correios (Brazilian Post Office).
4. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Strikes;

Logistical problems of carriers or Correios;

Incorrect address provided by the customer;

Force majeure events.
5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's sole responsibility to correctly fill in the delivery details. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be charged.
6. Order Tracking
After dispatch, the customer will receive a tracking code by email to monitor the delivery.
